my beer experiments > fly's

Leave cap on growler = shit grows in it.
Leave cap off growler = dust gets in it.
Put growler in cupboard = there's a growler taking up too much goddamn space in the cupboard

Solution: 3D printed, vented motherfuckin' growler cap.

How about washing the growler and waiting until it dries before putting the cap on? Or just leaving it off and washing it with Star-San before you use it? I've noticed no ill effects from doing either of those.

If you completely dry out a growler on a warm humid day so the thing is 100% ambient air inside and 0% water, then cap it and put it in a cold basement, it'll fog up. Humidity's a bitch.

I have Star-San and I've cleaned growlers with it before getting them filled, but I'm also lazy.

humidity doesnt matter though if its sterile humidity right? Slosh some star san around, call it done.
