Anyone heard from Gina yet?
Im not sure where she lived exactly so I cant speak to the situation there.
Theres still a lot of areas without power and will be well into next week from what I hear.
they should spread all the wind out more. it sucks when galveston gets all devastated and shit, and here we are one week removed and it's only gonna blow 3 knots today.
I'm just hearing from people in houston who are getting power and stuff.
Still a lot of people with no power.
Galveston island is still "closed".
That's putting it mildly, eh?
I bet the feller with that house that's still standing is already bitching that his FIOS is out.
His HOA will probably send him a letter to clean up his yard
they are. i was referring to the owner of the boat.I thought boats were shes, not hims
The boat i'm to sail on in October survived with nary a scratch. it was on the west side of lakewood, which is the sign that got trashed, but somehow he did fine. The windex is damaged and the radar isn't working, but everything else is perfect. Boats near him were sunk.
hardy-har-harThank God that Windex is pretty cheap. You may want to look into some Turtle Wax as well...
