They made some great interior refinements with the 2010. That interior is similar (but I do like the styling a bit more) to my '12.

I'm in love with the gf's A4 wagon. It's comfortable as hell, has no trouble plowing through a foot of snow, humiliates kids in civics, can carry 10 foot lumber, and it's somehow decent on gas despite how I drive the thing.
