Not kidding, I had see up close, in real time, a field mouse rip it's face off a sticky trap in my cupboard once because it was more scared of me than what it was stuck to

I had to take care of it myself (my roomies were such pussies) and it was not fun trying to COERCE (SCRAPE UNWILLINGLY WHILE SHRIEKING) the poor guy into the trash bag.
