And my hometown has a great big Christmas tree bonfire at the end of the season everyone brings their trees too. You can't say that's not awesome.
Not really a concern when you use it for decades and you throw out 100x as much plastic each year.Oh and real Christmas trees are biodegradable, fake ones aren't even recyclable. Captain Planet is gonna whoop your asses.
