need some movie editing help, possible baked goods reward

i have a project i'm working on, and can't for the life of me convert this movie clip into something that will play on media player. bill and i tried for hours using premiere to get it to either be pretty or to convert from a .mov to am .mpeg (basically from quicktime, ick, to media player, still ick). does anyone have any time to play around with it today? i'll even bake you some yummy stuff for your efforts
