Cilantro.

Mixing together garam masala and salt also makes a real good seasoning, I've discovered.

This hospital. They changed food service providers during one of my stays last February or so, and what a failure. The food here is worse than any institution I’ve been in.

But oddly, the coffee isn’t horrible.

Me too for now. I actually have to rest between bites and swallows. It’ll kind of be a relief when I get to the point that I stop eating and am just drugged and sleeping.

2c golden yellow sugar (or 1c each white and dark brown sugar)
1c fine sea salt (not superfine)
1/2c each ground black pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin
1/4c each granulated garlic + granulated onion or onion powder
2 tbsp cayenne powder
