Denver ain't so bad. Sure, it get's cold, but you can go skiing in shorts and a t-shirt once march comes around.
I remember going to Winter Park on a family vacation and seeing chicks in bikini's on the slopes. I was like
Thats a full stop for april
My thought is... if we move there I would get a whole new WARMER wardrobe and it wouldn't be so bad.
Her Texan predecessors like Sam Houston would disown her pansy ass.
Probably.

You better not dis Texas beer again or you'll get the pistol whip.

The Reinheitsgebot hasn't been in force for years. It used to only allow water, hops and barley ( note - no yeast ). None of the commercial beers still follow the original law but claim to do so. Becks is a poor quality German beer.

Becks is disgusting. Shiner is fucking bliss!

Compared to a real bock like Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock, Shiner Bock is a watery tasteless beer.

Its brewed under the ancient German tradition of Reinheinskaboot, or however you spell it!

You mean Reinheitsgebot. :fly: All towns of any significant size have their own brewery. The only place I saw Becks was on the travel buses.

Yeast wasn't around when the law was made.

Actually yeast was around in the sediment which got passed from batch to batch. It was later isolated and dried and then used as a separate ingredient. Don't forget, under the Reinheitsgebot even wheat beer was illegal.
