Well it wasn't meant to be a serious reply however I just looked it up, and it really is a real book. I've been impressed with the other Teach yourself X in 24 hour books so why not give this one a go.

Theyre not as good as the Dummies books tho, IMO

The Dummies books, assume you have a background in it already. This gets you started all the way from the beginning (so I noticed when I was trying to learn coding)

So did I but when they started getting into the advanced stuff (polymorphism and inheritance, etc.) by page 15, I was like :wtf: No Hello World?
