I love hacks. I love reading about other people's hacks. I love tinkering around with my own hacks. I really can't explain it. Its just fun to deconstruct something and build it back up as something else. Anyone else like this sort of thing? If so, what are your favorite hacks?
theac's favorite hacks:
ITX computer in a NES:
http://crazybob.travisbsd.org/projects/ <- not the first, but the one I've found is staying most true to the original form factor.
Vacuum form table:
http://www.halloweenfear.com/vacuumformintro.html <- built from scrap, a shop vac, and a $20 walmart electric stove.
LCD Windows:
http://www.hoagy.org/virtualwindow/ <- One of my all time favs. Wish I could find some cheap matching LCDs to do this.
