How do I make the red circle image bigger without losing resolution? I'm looking to make up some t-shirts so I want it to look sharp.

Going from smaller to bigger while maintaining resoultion is a bitch and it's usually much easier and produces much better results if you simply redraw it.

Nevermind about the rocket fins comment. I think the smaller one just looks off to me. This larger ones looks fine.
