its on sale on xbox , 20-ish I think. Well worth that.
Also, patch 2.1 is coming on the 4th or so, Ill wait till then to fire it back up again.

Though I am running out of useful things for people to do in my current playthrough. I'll just advocate alcohol addiction in the state media and reduce healthcare coverage. That should balance things out.

You can. Once you set up a radio station you can tailor the message to suit your needs. Same with the TV station.
