Try going into your Preferences and make sure Enable Push Notifications is enabled.

Seems you have to add it to the home screen somehow?

iOS 16.4 will let web apps on your homescreen send push notifications

Get it again? It's right at the bottom of the dropdown forum menu.

I don't have an iOS device, but I would like to give instructions to my users on how to set it up. Could someone kindly provide some screen shots of what the flow looks like? After they install to the desktop, will the "enable push notifications" banner show up at the bottom? Or do they need...

Sounds like you need to install it as something called a PWA app when you click the install app button. Then you can enable notifications. Just adding it to the Home Screen as safari link won't allow for notifications.

It also sound like iOS will prompt you for all these options when you click the install app button.
