Danko Jones - We Sweat Blood

This trio from Canada (!) just completely kickass.
They build thier songs around fat meaty riffs, and the vocals are your classic old-school-heavy-metal-screaming , and these guys pull it off very well. And they sound great live as well, you can grab a couple of their mp3s from their website www.dankojones.com
If you like simple stripped down no bullshit kind of music than give these guys a listen.

I don't think I've ever enjoyed music described as "meaty" :hsugh:

It's $30 for new albums here, yet I manage to find the $10-20 bargains in my favorite stores. :D

I'm so glad I live riht next to the city. :D

There's tons of music stores, some of them aren't even small though. But they do have some badass rare stuff. And the new oxfam store has lots of nice vinyl. :)

Oh, Danko Rules, I've seen them live twice, and they put on a killer show, very high-energy. Great rock music.

I recommend that everyone listen to some good Happy Hardcore at least once. By who? Doesn't matter.
