Ledboots, if I was going to eat only 10 vegan foods, what foods would keep me alive and healthy the longest?

Hmm here's 5 off the top of my head. Legumes, greens, fruit, whole grains, nuts. And root vegetables.

All cats need meat. I've heard dogs can be vegan but that sounds like a bad idea too.

I don't drink any coffee (don't like it) and would definitely not drink poop coffee. Found in the wild is probably technically vegan, but non-poop beans must be better?

I know a couple of people who feed their dogs vegan dog food, but that just sounds stupid to me. Trying for vegan cats is idiotic. Get a rabbit instead is my advice

A study shows older dogs given a few blueberries a day are sharper mentally. Of course dog food as well!

I've never tried it, but it's the most expensive coffee in the world. It must be at least okay.
