Thread Amanda Knox ruling overturned

She should move to a country that has no extradition rules with Italy. Their justice system seems to sway back and forth. They might change their mind and want her back to have a new trial on some trumped up charge.

I'm sure once she was back in the US they won't let her go back. Italy has zero value for us.

What was the motive in this case?

The prosecution was actually pretty vague on this point. They ultimately claimed that it was a drugged induced (marijuana btw) rage because Knox was tired of her perfect roommate picking on her for not being as chaste and responsible as Kercher. When they started out with prosecution the claim was that the murder was the result of some sex game gone awry but they later dropped that tactic.

Thank you.

That is a retarded motive.

I think it was only her and another guy, who was convicted.

From what I remember reading/seeing on the idiot box, three people were charged. Amanda Knox, her Italian boyfriend and the psycho who did the actual killing/murder. The prosecutor has a history of using wacko motives/theories in high profile murder cases.
