Halp Easy web blogging sites

I was thinking about starting a site for my road trip. I would like it to be free, easy to install a twitter feed, photo and video feed, and cheap/free hosting. I need something that lets me upload from a smartphone and posts it. Also something that allows commenting on posts.

Any ideas? Posterous? Wordpress?
