Pics Well, they totaled the Mercedes.

It'd be greener if you loaded the bed with a half ton of coal, a stack of those 10 year old solar panels, and a whole mess of perfectly functioning hot water heaters and lit the whole shebang on fire.

They're called water heaters.

You don't go to the ATM machine and key in your PIN number, and you sure as fuck don't have a hot water heater in your house.

You've obviously never owned a house more than 30 years old.

There exist "lukewarm water heaters", and even "cold water heaters".

Alas, I fear you are afflicted with some sort of lexicographic malady. I believe you referred to failing and failed water heaters, respectively.

edit: Also:

My shitbox condo, which is also my beloved home in the Great State of Maryland, is in excess of thirty years in age. Fortunately the water heater is communal property, and it was promptly replaced once the bottom finally rusted out thus saving all three units reliant upon its service the indignity of having to bathe in rust colored water.

You goofs take that Carbon footprint test already.

Don't make me hate you .

Total = 17.28 metric tons of CO2 for a year, estimating 25K miles on a car. That includes my apartment and restaurants and other estimates. I walked through the whole wizard.

Happy now?

We've done all that except getting a heat pump. They just don't heat as well. We have updated to a more efficient gas unit though. I was pretty sure carbon credits worked like you said, I just wanted to be sure. I'll just keep volunteering for organizations that help clean stuff up.

Up there you need a geothermal heat pump (we can get away with electric heat pumps in FL :D). And if it still doesn't work well, then you're using it wrong.

Yup. Taking my atv in to have the carb rebuilt or replaced... Sea foam doesn't help offset the ethanol either. Worst crap ever (the ethanol not sea foam)
