oh man, there are so many people that drive drunk home from here. Well, I knew they used to a few years ago when I was a security guard here and watched them go to their cars after downing 10 beers at a social drink upstairs.

When I was able to drive my dad's car which had dip tags on it, I would drive home plastered and the cops just don't pull you over.

I remember a diplomats son killed someone here in DC by hitting them with his car. Don't remember if it was due to drunk driving or if he intentionally hit him, but there were no charges against him and he was just sent home.
