Well, he is quite fair about things. He says if the guy wants the anal sex, it is perfectly acceptable and reasonable for the woman to do the same thing to the guy, because all things are equal with regard to the ass (well better for the man, but I digress) and that it should be expected the man should have lockjaw if that's what it takes to please the girl.

I disagree with any viewpoint that includes 'woman sucking it up'. Women don't have to put up with shit from men. And seriously, if a man was aggressive about anal sex then I'd do him first, and make sure he knows the pain.
Well, his whole schtick is equal opportunity. The man should also suck it up and do whatever the woman wants in bed. GGG - Good, Giving, and Game. To make the sexual relationship work, both sides need to compromise and sometimes do what they don't want to do to make sure their partner is taken care of. If that means the woman should sometimes participate in anal sex if that would fulfill one of the guy's fantasies, but the man should dress as Fabio and hand the woman a buttery spread if that would fulfill one of her fantasies.

I don't think people should really do something they don't want to, if they're 1% open to it though they can always be pursuaded. It's not black and white like that, you don't just do what he wants and he does what you want.
Meh, I am for the "suck it up and deal" approach. I am not a fan of sex. I get off as much as your menstrual cycle. I have a very low libido. However, I make sure my jaw is sore sucking chim off because I know he likes it and he has a higher libido and needs to get more action than I would normally like to give.
I like seeing my man happy, and it that takes a few sacrifices on my part for his happiness, so be it.
Of course I expect the same back from him and he knows that.

I don't wanna watch chick flicks, but I do. My wife doesn't wanna watch hockey, but she does. What we both want to do is care for each other's needs, so we often do things we don't necessarily want to do, but do anyhow for the greater good of keeping each other happy.
