Rio Olympics is a travesty, I refuse to watch it. It's like their internal infrastructure committee looked around and said "if a pool contains water, it's approved. If a canal contains water, it's approved".
Doesn't the global Olympics Committee fund these things so conditions are safe, sanitary, and fucking Olympic?
