just random stuff messing around. no peas and carrots so i had red/green onion and red/green jalapeno. cooked the rice with beef flavor and a few piece of onion and jalapeno. sauteed the veggies in butter, scrambled an egg, added the rice, threw in a mix of worcestershire sauce and dijon mustard, stir fried, topped with some bbq sauce. twas surprisingly enjoyable
