Kinda looks like the CSS file has gotten borked. I guess you've tried clearing the cache? (stupid question I know, but it had to be asked).

Are you running anything like Proxomitron that might be messing with the code?

Actually...go to the Application Data folder, then Mozilla, then delete the Firefox folder after you uninstall. Install again.
