I was rummaging through some bookmarked pages and came across this one I found last year.

For $10,000 and a "brighter future" for her son... well, the picture tells all.

"It feels like someone is taking a pin and just stabbing you with it," Smith told her son, Brady, seated nearby on the floor as tattoo artist Don Brouse — in permanent black block letters — branded her forehead with the Web site domain GoldenPalace.com...
"Will it go numb?" she asked.
"It'll go as numb as your brain," Brouse replied.
"My brain is already numb," she said, laughing.

What a great idea. I wish my mom had done this when I was a kid. I probably wouldn't be such a useless loser today, wasting my time posting to such a useless forum. :D

That money went straight to her crack addiction. I can see her twitching and that is a still frame pic.

apparently golden palace is used to winning online auctions - and paying a lot more than what this twat won

On 23 November 2004, GoldenPalace bought a grilled cheese sandwich with a likeness of the Virgin Mary on it for $28,000. The seller claimed to see the Virgin Mary toasted into the bread when she made the sandwich in 1994.

On 3 March 2005, they paid $650,000 for the naming rights of a recently discovered monkey species. The GoldenPalace.com Monkey was officially named Callicebus aureipalatii.

On 30 March 2005, the casino paid Terri Iligan $15,199 to change her name to "goldenpalace.com".

On 5 May 2005, it paid €188,938.88 ($244,524.73) to German student Benjamin Halbe for a VW Golf car which formerly belonged to Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, now better known as Pope Benedict XVI. With over 8.5 million visitors, the auction became the most often viewed auction on eBay.de.

That is just too cool! I can only wonder if this lady can trace any of her immediate ancestors to said monkey species.

Did I really spell face wrong? I don't remember doing that... hmmm....
