like when i enter the url it displays the same thing i saw when i was last there, so i have to hit refresh to show the threads and posts since i last visited? just some setting in my browser?

i was thinking it was a fault on my part possibly. When i open up the UF: Useless Chatter forum it displays all the threads as i saw them the last time i visited. like it says last post for a certain thread 11:20 but it it is currently 11:44 and there have been a couple posts since then. when i refresh it then displays the updated threads.
In IE 7.0, Tools -> Internet Options -> Browser History -> Every time I visit the webpage (make sure that is checked).
In IE 6.0, it is also a similar step. Should be on the first screen under Internet Options, click settings then every time I visit....
