Oh but my roomies dad just brought down like 20 pounds of Moose, everything from Moose Jerky to just plain Moose meat... that he killed himself lol

5000 per person to go hunting and they got over 800 pounds of Moose(killed 3 could only take 2 cause of a bad shot) @ ~3 dollars a pound for the jerky and ~2 dollars per pound for ground at the butchers for prep. I didnt realize it costs that much and legally you have to pay a guide to come with you. Thought it was pretty interesting

Shake and bake is some of the best stuff in a pinch.

I also have a kick ass from scratch baked pork chop recipe if anyone is interested and has about an hour to spend on cooking one night.
