Sometimes... the cutest was when we left him at the vet for a week and he completely lost it seeing me again. He was in his cat carrier when they brought him out from the back and he was making these mad/sad sounds then he saw/smelled me and perked up and his meow changed to this happy sound. I let him out on the reception desk and he went nuts rubbing against me, purring, etc. He was excited to see me which is rare for a cat. lol

Dogs are sweet that way; they truly care for you. I hope you can find a home you are comfy leaving your best friend with. :heart:
