Who loves food?

Avocados are one of the best foods you can eat to lower your cholesterol....the very thing people stay away from saturated fats (high cholesterol that is)

I am only going by the nutrition labels third parties have studied, what else can I go by?
 
And what did I say that was false? It is high in calories and fat per oz than most (if not all) veggies. I didn't say it was low in vitamins and minerals per oz.

The fact that you said it was a vegetable. It's a fruit. And one of the negatives was the saturated fat whereas it's low in the bad fats and very high in the good fats.

By the same token, olive oil is bad for you as well.
 
I am getting much too fat with all of these business trips :( I need to start using the hotel gym and not eating as much :(
