I loved hearing the stories about her getting a child who had not spoken in a decade to talk

Now it's all "God, I had to fire someone today"

when I took this job, I insisted that no matter what my admin duties would entail, I would spend the majority of time in patient care... they did not object (probably b/c that brings in a lot of $ for them, but that's an aside)

The plan was for her to do the same, just get rid of the really horrible clients that always cancel and flake out, the ones with the support coordinators that don't do anything, all that stuff.

That is not how it appears to be working out.
