Food What's for breakfast UF?

Saturday night I had a filet, lobster tail, garlic butter shrimp and crab legs. One of the best meals I've ever had. Surf & surf & surf & turf. Gluttony at its finest. :drool:

Breakfast this morning had turkey, egg, gruyere and tomato on a just baked croissant with Dijon from the French bistro in my building.
 
What the.... Fuuucckkkkk!?

It is by far my favorite cheese. I hated it at first because it's super strong, but oohh I crave it now. I can eat it with a spoon.

Ok, I'm nervous. :omy: what is the consistency? Like, is it globuley? Mushy? Globules?
