A trick is to look for people who are giving out flyers. (they usually will just be standing there) typically they give you tissues at the same time. Also take a small bag for trash as you'll wont really see a ton of garbage cans either. They have a strict recycleing law and they had issues with people taking their home trash to public cans to keep from having to sort it all out.
