What was the last game that you played...

Star Ocean 3 for me. I dream about levelling up. I wake up with my hands holding an imaginary dual shock controller. I think about strategy for getting my characters strong enough to fight the final battle. I argue with myself about how long it will take Sophia to obtain all of her Symbology spells.

Thats super lame.

Now see there was the period of time back in the late 80's when I never left my dorm room for days at a time cause I was playing Might and Magic on my apple IIC. No shaving, I did manage to shower and use the facilities, lots of pop tarts and frozen pizzas. No class for an entire semester. Sigh, those were the days.

hav you played SO3? it's like leading a separate life because the game takes that long to play. i don't have that much time to play it but when i do, it totally consumes me.

The last couple that I was completely addicted to would haveta be Beyond Good and Evil and all the SSX's games. The worst of all time would have to be Pikman tho, cuz I could completly tune out the rest of the world while I was playing it.

My wife hated that game because she hated the thought of throwing Pikmin in and watching them die when you were fighting monsters

You had to get past the halfway point, where you stopped being a wuss and you really started kicking ass.

Still, it's pretty repetitive and not much more than a clickfest on it's best day. DS2 should take care of that later this summer
