I went to college as an older person. While my grades are better than if I was young in college, the experience was not memorable.

Looking back I wish I had done whatever term was required in the military to get the gi bill to go with my scholarships so I would have had less student loans to repay. Plus that way I would have done my hard partying in my late teens early 20s in the service so I didn't fuck around as much in college.

I think it just depends on the person. I was on the deans list every semester in college except the last one and in an honors sorority. I also didn't go overboard on the partying.
