Pot induced psychosis? Zero chance. You might discuss the meaning of life with the poodle. Might even set it in the oven to enjoy some of your freshly baked cookies, but zero chance you break it neck and BBQ it on purpose without even skinning/dressing it first.
This episode is clearly the result of professional athletics, not pot.
