Here Ulta and Beauty First really sell it a lot. I saw it somewhere else but cannot remember. It is an Ohio based company though so it's more prevalent here I think than other states.

We don't have Beauty First here. I see the colors a lot at Ulta but not the base coat and top coat.

I also really think I see more here because it is a "local" company. I originally found them at a Beauty First in Ohio but they say they don't sell them everywhere.

I buy a lot online even still but usually due to promotions. I won't pay shipping if I don't have to since I have to do sales tax via Zoya's site

Amazon also carries some too.
