Why is reading capitalized in the thread title? I'm currently in between books. Mostly I've been reading the news paper. The Cincinnati Enquirer sucks a lot.

Steampunk is more like cyberpunk but with the technology of the late 1800s. Steam driven/based tech.

Stephen's Book Diamond Age is half cyberpunk/steampunk.

Not steampunk, but Cryptonomicon, rocked in my opinion. Ooh, and his Snow Crash was just good old Cyberpunk at its finest.

Cryptonomicon is the only book of his I have read. it was awesome.

I plan on casually reading all of the Harry Potter books again before the next one comes out, so I'm working on the first one right now. I just finished reading Mafia to Mormon (yes an LDS/Mormon book). I don't have much time for reading anymore, so aside from children's books, I don't have an extensive list right now.

Velocity by Dean Koontz... still. So far, it has a story line similar to the movie "Saw" but it seems to be dragging along. Shawn makes fun of me ever time I pick it up because I have been working on it since June.
