that was the only one I was really excited about after my last bunch of walk throughs from Thursday last week...guess I'll just keep looking for new stuff to come available there...every couple weeks there's a new batch in that condo

if you wanna wait a few years, Buckhead is gonna be jam packed with condos. Not a short walk to work though.
You could always get a nice box and put it in centennial park.
you have no idea...the place I put an offer on last week looked WAY better...I was sad to let it go but there isn't any sense in paying over market value when it's a buyers market

BTW, how close is this to the "metro downtown" area?
no, it's a different building but looks to be a good one...all the places I'm looking at are in the immediate downtown/midtown area
