Web'sitters... is Anyone Here Well-Versed in PHP or CMS Stuff?

It's that time of year again for the beagle rescue to have their annual calendar fundraiser. I handle the website building each year and basically I SUCK at it.

I use Joomla and am unable to make it work without me handling each payment and photo manually. (Using strictly Paypal and checks)

Does anyone have experience with this? I don't need a webmaster to build the whole website, just be able to create components that will do backend stuff.

It's a volunteer things so it will give you warm and fuzzies knowing that you saved some dogs lives.
