Nah, even tho I'm only 5'2", I wasn't done growing at 12. I was prob only 4.5' and I rem being only 70 lbs or so, wearing a size 1 youth shoe.

Actually many girls are maturing faster these days. Most of the girls in my sister's 5th grade classes get their period before the end of the year. They are 10 on average.

Which is great, but I'm still not sure what that has to do with 16+ year olds fooling around or being in relationships.

My body hasn't grown much since 12/13 but I've got a few inches taller and filled out a lot more even if I haven't changed dress size, shoe size etc.

Lots != all. My wife was 5'3/4" when she was 12 years old. She's 5'3/4" now.
