The network communication thing might be that it turns off wifi after the screen has been off XX number of minutes. You can turn that off it you want.

Also, if you get the Plex app, you can sync shit from my Plex server to your tablet.

So, this turned into a pain in the ass. Tried to activate the plex pass using my amazon 1 click settings, and after 30 minutes of troubleshooting and reconfiguring, I'm still no closer

FWIW, you don't have to have a Plex Pass to sync from me, since I have one. However, the company is amazing and I fully support you supporting them as well.
