there was a good tapas restaurant I used to go to periodically that overtime just started getting less and less interesting.

at first the food was tender and juicy but then they started to overcook everything.

It has been a year since I started going to this particular restaurant and the menu is updated often and the food is always fresh, interesting, and well prepared. I love the chef there.
