If you've got a panini press on the go, grate a big bunch of cheese and throw together some melt fixings (jalapenos, pepperoni, ham, tuna melt filling, whatever) to throw together.

Ooohhh we do this with a Charcuterie board and leave out bread/crackers and the press if anyone wants to make something.

Candied jalapeños, 50 types of cheeses, craft jams and jellies, dried fruit, etc.

Charcuterie boards are a staple for nearly any party here. We even bought special serving platters.
