WTF UCSB shooting guy posted a creepy manifesto on YouTube. It's since been pulled...

is that where you live? if so, then your idiocy is beginning to make sense.
New York has no crime called "sexual assault" (there are multiple sexual battery offenses)
California has no crime called "sexual assault" (Attempted rape is called "assault with intent to rape")
Florida has no crime called "sexual assault" (It does have sexual battery)
Virginia has no crime called "sexual assault" (Has sexual battery statute)

Point being, the key component of battery as a crime is physical contact

it proves that the fictitious person you conjured is an idiot and you still cant show one case where someone has been convicted of "sexual assault" without physical contact.

You have... assertions pulled out of your ass.

you posted a picture, of America, with certain areas marked...... if your intent was to simply show a map of the entire country, you failed....just as you've failed in this discussion.

everyone else seemed to understand it

perhaps objects in mirror are closer than they appear

in the future, in a discussion where we are leading to discussing stats of americans who have been the victims of sexual assault, you may not want to post a picture such as this that shows highlighted areas like purported data

us-map.gif

how does it prove that?

I live in none of those states...and neither does he

are you slow?
So post, a news story, court case, scholarly article to show when this has happened.

I mean, it's not like anyone in their right mind believes you, but your resistance to proving your point is hilarious.

He was equating the fact it's not rampant as a reason why it isn't a problem.

Dont be obtuse.

No, he flat out said, it's a small subset of the population and shouldn't be treated as an entire sex being responsible for it.

Don't read more into what's said than what is actually said.

Show me where he said "shouldn't be treated as an entire sex being responsible for it"
