Yea, I'd call it roast beast with veggies in a bread bowl before I'd call it beef stew..... but it still looks damn good.

for some wicked chili go get the Bear Creek brand "Damn Good Chili" mix.
Makes kickass chili

That would be sweet I don't really make my chili from scratch either, I cheat on the beans. Takes WAY too long to boil them, so I've gone to canned, strained, drained and washed. MUCH easier.
