After a thread has 5 votes, if its rating is below 2 - the thread is closed. If after it is closed, people change their votes or new votes come in, then it will auto re-open if it gets above a 3.

Also, votes don't show up until at least two votes have been made.

edit: And thats EXACTLY a 2.0 thread rating (the forum gives it 2 stars if its between 1.6 and 2.4, or something like that)
