Ooh Im not so sure about that. I think I remember hearing it starts out with Cloud going into the remains of Midgar and seeing Sepheroth/someone who may be him. And all the characters look hot as hell.

I only played two and I thought it was spiffing. As were the movies. I liked the second one best.
