someone i know does a "poor man's" pad thai, with ramen noodles, canned mini shrimp, and he makes a spicy peanut butter sauce. it's a little on the side, but can do in a pinch

They are fun to cook with. Just throw in the meat first, cook partially, then move it to the outside of the pan and throw in the veggies then toss in some seasoning/sauce and presto! Easy dinner.

You can even make some rice to throw it on top.

I used to make stir fry all the time, so easy yet so tasty!

I will take a large bowl and put the rice in it then cover with my stir fry so all the sauces drip down to the rice, mmmmmmm
