these are the cats people complain about decimating wildlife populations for sport arent they. Healthy cats that functionally have a family, but just live outside murdering all the time.
Can't tell if sarcasm...

These fuckers barely leave our fenced in area, especially the grey one, Colin.

While I miss the fuck out of our cat Steve, its SOOOOOO nice to be able to use our Litter Robots. And it will be super nice that our neighbors won't have to scoop poop when we travel.

😐

dude, they have like 8 cats. Im guessing steve just had particular shitting requirements and wouldnt step inside the giant spinning litter death-dome
We probably feed closer to 10. 1 indoor (now that Steve is gone), 3 indoor/outdoor, and the rest varying levels of feral.

And Steve's arthritis was too bad to use the Litter Robot.

Soo..... peanut left the house, went and opened the back of the van, and a ONE OF OUR CATS HOPPED OUT.

I just spend 20 minutes looking through video footage figuring out when the cat got into the van. Whether it had been driving around with her all day, or it got in sometime after the van was already parked and home.

It thankfully was the latter.... but very easily could have been the former.

Cat snuck in right next to her after she got home earlier today and was sitting in the driveway with the driver side door open talking on the phone.

and her goddamn tracking collar stopped working again, so if she had taken a ride and hopped out someplace else, we'd never find her.

@gee

you wanna design a couple of low-power rf beacons that can be directionally tracked out to a 800ft range or so :p (only half joking)

Requirements: 1x1x3/4ish dimensions, water resistant, 1 month battery life, directional finding

Commercial equivalent products that are awesome when they work, but super shittily made.

Amazon product

and this old ham radio dude that made his own product, that is probably awesome, but costs half a grand :D
