skin on is best. since up to this point i've only ever baked it, the skin side down is the best way to keep it from sticking. it has all the good fats in it too. (you eat the skin)

i grill it skin down and then the skin peels off during cooking.


can't imagine eating it. looks nasty.

I will not eat the salmon skin. That shit get's trimmed off.
