They're a fabulous brewery out of Quebec, doing mostly Belgian style. Worth checking out.

Blanche de Chamblay - light and fruity and flowery and champagne-y and just fabulous. There's literally no better beer on the planet that goes with mussels or lobster.

La Fin Du Monde - A belgian tripel they've won a pile of awards with, really good.

Trois Pistoles - It's a daaaark belgian ale, like 9% alcohol, that almost tastes more like a port than a beer. A fucked up "this is a flavor that shouldn't come from beer but it's so fuckin' good" experience. You'll either really love it or really hate it. And even if you love it, it's a one-and-done beer.

At Epcot if you start Drink Around the World by going counter clockwise you start at Canada. The beers they have are LaBlatt or something else shitty and Unibroue. Last time I started with a Trois.

That day was a fucking shit show of epic proportions.
